What does "Confirm Delivery" mean?

The "Confirm Delivery" button will appear in your account after the package is shipped.

If the package is delivered successfully, please click "Confirm
Delivery" on "My Orders" to confirm that the package is signed for.


If you do not receive the package but click "Confirm Delivery" by
mistake, the button will not be reset, but it will not affect the
delivery of the package.

What kind of products can I return?

All kind of products sold through fastforwardpk.com can be returned except for the ones which are either custom made or international deliveries.

What is the time duration for returning a product?

You can return the product within 7 days of delivery without bearing any return shipping charges.

What are the return conditions?

The following conditions are to be kept in mind at the time of returning a product:

  • The product delivered is not as expected or advertised.
  • The product delivered is of the wrong size/specification/color.
  • The product delivered is either received in damaged or a defective condition.

It is to be kept in mind that the product returned is in original form (unused, original packaging, seals, and tags attached), along with all the accessories (if any), etc. that came with it.

How to track my returned order?

You will receive a tracking number through SMS after the product has been dropped-off.

How long does it take to receive the replaced product?

Your order will get replaced within 5 to 15 days but it may vary
depending on the nature of the product being replaced and the location
of the customer.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

  1. Fast Forward Pk Voucher:Within 2 to 3 business days
  2. Bank Deposit:Within 7 to 12 business days

    order to start your return. Select the product that you wish to return
    and include the form, on the next page (filled), in your package.
  2. Pack your product according to the return conditions mentioned on the first page of this form.

When will I receive my order?

Before placing an order:

You can check the estimated delivery time on the product details page.

After placing an order:

  1. When the package is shipped, we will send an email to inform the estimated delivery time and logistics tracking information.
  2. Also, you can check the estimated delivery time on the order details page or logistics details page by the following steps:
  • Sign in and visit "My Orders".
  • Find the order and click “Order Details”.
  • Check the”Expected delivery date” on the details page.
  • Click the "View detail" to enter the logistics details page.
  • Check the”Expected Delivery Date” on the logistics details page.

Where can I change my login password
